Thirty-sixth Prosecutorial District Attorney Scott Reilly, right, and Catawba County Sheriff Don Brown, center, took time to discuss issues related to their respective offices during an interview with Hal Row, left, for the Hal Row Show on WHKY Radio. Some of the topics discussed were Veterans’ Treatment Court, officer-involved shootings and a new program that provides tablets in the detention center for inmates. Inmates at the jail can use their commissary funds to purchase time on the tablets for communication purposes and reading materials, all monitored by detention center staff members.
