Legal Assistants Recognized For Administrative Professionals’ Day

Members of the 36th Prosecutorial District Attorney’s Office support staff were treated to an outing by District Attorney Scott Reilly in recognition of Administrative Professionals’ Day (celebrated April 27, 2022) for their hard work and dedication to their respective offices in Burke, Caldwell and Catawba counties. Mr. Reilly acknowledged the importance of the legal assistants and investigator for the offices, saying, “We are so thankful for all of our victim witness legal assistants. Their job can be very stressful. Our legal assistants deal with all victim-related issues, including victims’ rights legislation (Marcy’s Law), victim impact statements, case management systems, victims’ compensation and discovery. The District Attorney’s Office could not operate without the valuable services provided by our support staff.”
